Halum second-brain ("the app") is a private, single-user personal automation operated by its owner for the owner's own Google accounts only. It is not offered to any other person and does not serve third parties.
Using Google OAuth, and only after the owner explicitly grants consent, the app reads the owner's own:
The app never sends email, modifies, or deletes any Google data. It requests read-only scopes only.
Fetched data is processed only to generate the owner's own brief and notes. It is stored only on machines the owner controls (a personal laptop and a personal server), is never sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party, and is not used for advertising or any purpose beyond the owner's personal use. Google user data is not shared with any AI model provider beyond what is necessary to summarize the owner's own content for the owner.
Raw fetched data is kept only transiently for the brief and can be deleted by the owner at any time by removing it from the owner's own machines. The owner can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops all further access immediately.
